We recognize our nurses for all that they do for patients, families and our profession. We honor and support our nurses who effect change to improve nursing practice, touch lives and influence patient care.
We have started NERP to honor exceptional nursing caregivers for their incredible work in delivering superior patient care. Accordingly each month we acknowledge and honor 38 Nurses who focused on excellence and innovation in nursing and patient care.
Nursing excellence is demonstrated when Nurses are involved in promoting:
- Holistic patient-centred care
- Quality and innovation
- Education
- Evidence-based practice
- Research
The awards have been designed based on objective criteria . Nursing Excellence Reward Programme Committee include GL/TL, NS, ICU Director, Director Medical, CEO.
